2021

JULÄINE™ receives the CE Mark, establishing it as a certified regenerative collagen stimulating solution for professional use. Nordberg Medical achieves ISO 13485 certification, reinforcing our commitment to quality and trust. A major milestone in our pursuit of excellence: manufacturing operations begin at the first site in Sweden.

2022

We expand our commercial footprint across Europe and open a regional office in Hong Kong. A second manufacturing site is established in Sweden, strengthening our production capacity and global reach. This year marks a step forward in our international presence.

2023

We develop our first whitepaper in partnership with the Research Institute of Sweden, reflecting our evidence-driven approach to bio-regeneration. A scientific collaboration with the Karolinska Institute further anchors our innovation in academic excellence. Research and credibility remain central to our growth.

2024

LASYNPRO™, our proprietary bio-activation technology, is officially trademarked. JULÄINE™ is introduced to the European aesthetic community at a launch event in Spain. Our biomaterials platform continues to evolve with purpose and precision.

2025

Our Swedish manufacturing site is approved for the Brazilian market, advancing our regulatory journey. JULÄINE™ launches across Central Europe, Italy, and the Nordics, with FDA registration in progress for its future launch in the USA. Scientific integrity and global ambition guide every milestone.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Yu brings over 25 years of experience in the pharma and medical device sectors across Europe, the USA, and Asia. With a PhD in Neuroscience from Uppsala University and an EMBA from Copenhagen Business School, his leadership is grounded in scientific excellence and global business acumen.

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Reynolds began his career with ANZ Banking Group in New Zealand and advanced through roles in investment banking, venture capital, and private equity in London. His strategic leadership has driven transformative changes across various industries, expanding product portfolios and guiding companies into new markets.

Silvia Alexandra Fernandes

Chief Quality & Regulatory Officer

Ms. Fernandes has over 18 years of experience overseeing quality and regulatory departments in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Holding a master's degree in Microbiology and Environmental Engineering, she advocates for a quality mindset that transcends departmental boundaries, embedding it throughout the organization.

With over 19 years of experience, David Tepper has held key roles in both dynamic startup environments and established institutions like hospitals. He has extensive experience in board assignments for different companies & associations. David’s focus area is combining strategic financial leadership with a strong focus on growth and operational development, always under the motto "strategic financial thinking as the engine of accelerated growth".
