Europe’s most prestigious gathering includes Nordberg Medical among its participants. Sharing knowledge and improving people’s lives is our raison d’être. It is an honour for us to announce our presence at what we consider to be one of the most prestigious Medical and Cosmetic Surgery Congresses in the world. Nordberg Medical is committed not only to these two disciplines, but also to Dermatology and the Science of Ageing. What’s more, it’s a meeting endorsed by the world’s leading medical societies, the best scientific allies a professional event could have.
As if that were not enough, this year marked the 25th anniversary of IMCAS, an event that definitively embodies the future of aesthetic and plastic surgery, dermatology and the most advanced treatments to slow down ageing and, in short, improve the quality of life. This year’s figures say it all: 15,000 attendees, 350 exhibitors from 136 countries, and 980 independent speakers provided the scientific community with more than 300 hours of highly specialised learning.
For two days, at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, where IMCAS is held every year, we were able to enjoy an unparalleled setting for knowledge sharing. As the leading Swedish company specialising in biotechnological production processes, we use our unique know-how to produce revolutionary and pioneering biomaterials that can be used in numerous medical fields. At our booth (A102) and with the assistance of Dr. Gabriel Ayala, we were able to share our progress, present our projects for the future of medical innovation, and engage in conversations with the world’s most prestigious experts in anti-ageing technologies, dermatology and plastic surgery. In particular, we were able to talk about a step forward in poly-L-lactic acid, as well as our first product JULÄINE™. After 20 years of research on a well-known material that has been enhanced with a new technology: which results in an improvement of the way it is administered and in the reduction expected long-term complications.
We are pleased and proud to have made our debut in France at a congress of this kind.
“During our presence at IMCAS we have been able to observe the evolution of the aesthetic medicine market towards natural treatments in the results produced in the patient as well as in the residues they leave with the passage of time. The doctors who have visited our stand have shown a great acceptance of JULÄINE™, for meeting these requirements of the new era. Undoubtedly, this congress has positioned us as one of the leaders in the evolution of aesthetic medicine”, explains Esperanza Casas, Marketing Manager of the company.
Dr. Gabriel Ayala added: “The future is already here, and it will be led by Nordberg Medical”.
