Main responsibilities include:
- Review and evaluate scientific literature related to the company’s products and the aesthetic filler market;
- Develop and deliver scientific training materials to internal and external stakeholders;
- Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and other stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to prepare regulatory submissions and support product approvals;
- Participate in the development and implementation of medical affairs strategies and plans.
The position could be based in Milan or Rome. Availability to frequent travels is required.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the Commercial team in Italy, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals;
- Contribute to and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads;
- Attend and present at industry events and conferences as needed;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives;
- Cooperate in setting up appropriate programs to train new salesforce members;
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
